The product came in good condition. Works fine. One issue is that the front door's window sealant sticks out in one place, minor visual issue.

I love this oven as it cooks my Turkey perfectly. I used the digital temperature control and it monitors the internal temperature as it cooked. It turned out to be the most juiciest birds I ever made.

Cooks more quickly and evenly than the Kitchen Aid oven we had installed 11 years ago; which was not a convection oven. The cobalt blue interior is attractive and the lower rack on rails pulls out so easily. I have been told by the installer not to use the self cleaning function because the temperature gets so hot that it can burn out the controls - something I also read in other reviews. Kitchen Aid customer service has generally been very poor. I asked them for assistance with specs when changing out existing appliances and customer service couldn't help me - I found the info. Online. They also said if the self cleaning function is faulty, they would not offer an exchange, even though it is a known problem. Initially I was told it was not a common problem but another rep from K.A. Told me it was but that the problems reported in 2010 had gone way down so they must have addressed the issue.

Per the installation instructions, models rated from 7.3 to 9.6 kW at 240 volts (5.5 to 7.2 kW at 208 volts) require a separate 40-amp circuit. Models rated at 7.2 kW and below at 240 volts (5.4 kW and below at 208 volts) require a separate 30 amp circuit. The electrical voltage and frequency will be specified on the model serial number plate located on the oven. Please refer to the installation instructions for dimensions and requirments for installation.
