Standard Delivery (FREE for ALL electronics. Only $78 for orders under $999 - FREE for appliance orders $999 and up) For Large Metro areas and Remote areas a Shipper Surcharge may apply. We will contact you with a custom quote. This delivery type is used for heavy and oversized items (large TVs, large furniture and large appliances). This service includes delivery to the curb. This service does not include unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal. * $30 fuel surcharge applies to all orders.

White Glove Delivery (Only $178 for orders under $999 - $100 for orders $999 and up)
This delivery type is used for heavy and oversized items (large TVs, large furniture and major appliances) This service includes normal delivery within the first floor of your home plus uncrating, setting your goods in place and removing the packing material. This service does not include installation of any type. * $30 fuel surcharge applies to all orders.

***Delivery time depends on proximity to a Number1Direct Distribution Center. More remote areas can take up to 3-4 weeks.

Delivery destination needs to be readily accessible by delivery trucks. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Extremely remote locations may take an extra week. Major & professional appliance in-home White glove delivery could take an additional week. Small items like cooktops and microwaves will be shipped directly to you by parcel services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or UPS and should arrive within 2 to 3 weeks). If you do not receive your order within these time parameters, please call us so we may track your order.

Confirmation of your order and delivery will be sent via e-mail or a phone call. An outside shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time. (You will experience delays if the shipping company can not contact you).

All purchases may be returned to Number1Direct by Goedekers within 15 days from the shipment date if they do not meet your 100% satisfaction. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee. To get a return authorization, contact us and we will arrange for the carrier to pick the item up from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.

Return and Exchange Procedure for Damaged Product

It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly once it arrives. Though the box and packaging may seem perfect, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Before signing for your product, check for both internal and external damage. If you notice damage to the product, please call customer service while the shipper is there and before you sign for the order for your options. Failure to do so releases the shipper of all liability and exposes you to shipping and restocking fees, so please do not sign before speaking with us.

If you have received a defective unit, many manufacturers may require a simple service call to address or diagnose the issue. We will be happy to assist you with any service issues.

Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's is an Authorized Retailer for every brand we sell. All items come with a full manufacturer’s warranty, normally of one full year. Any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won't need to be returned. You can contact the manufacturer directly. The number for service is usually in their use and care manual. If there is ever a problem or question, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you and make sure your problem is handled.
