Return and Exchange Procedure for Damaged Product
It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly once it arrives. Though the box and packaging may seem perfect, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Before signing for your product, check for both internal and external damage. If you notice damage to the product, please call customer service while the shipper is there and before you sign for the order for your options. Failure to do so releases the shipper of all liability and exposes you to shipping and restocking fees, so please do not sign before speaking with us. If you have received a defective unit, many manufacturers may require a simple service call to address or diagnose the issue. We will be happy to assist you with any service issues.
