Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes we are! Number1Direct is a factory authorized dealer for every brand we offer. Since 1951, we have continued to establish relationships with the finest appliance manufacturers.

What does the 10 year warranty cover?

This only includes specific parts to be replaced. These are the most common parts that need to be replaced over time in appliances. This does not include the labor for replacing the part, only the part itself. You must opt into this warranty. It is not provided automatically. When you are on the product page, you have the option to select which kind of warranty you would like. If you would like to opt into this warranty, make sure you select it at that time.

Can I get express shipping?

Unfortunately, no. At this time, we are delivering your product as fast as it can get to you. If you are looking for products with faster shipping, check our overstock selection. They ship next business day.

Can I purchase an item I saw in your store, but not on your website?

There are many items we carry in our store which are not yet featured on our website. As we continue to build our site, we expect to eventually get everything online. Just click here or e-mail our sales department the brand and model number and a quote will come back to you within 24 hours (usually faster). Can I redeem my coupon with you?

Yes! You can use it at checkout.

Difference between overstock and regular products?

All of our overstock items are brand new in box and come with a manufacturer warranty. The only difference is that we have a lot of them and they are already in our warehouse, so they usually ship faster and you receive a discount because we purchased too many.

Do you deliver to my state?

We deliver to all continental states. Unfortunately, this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO.

Do you have any other discounts?
