Yes. We are a factory authorized dealer for over 40 high quality appliance brands. Since 1951, we have continued to establish relationships with the finest appliance manufacturers.

Does Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's offer a Price Match Guarantee?

Yes, we promise you the lowest possible price. At Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's you always get the lowest price. If you find a better price from an authorized dealer (including shipping, handling, delivery, and sales tax) on an identical branded item Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's will match that total price. Do I pay sales tax?

No, we do not collect sales tax on deliveries to anywhere in the United States! (except Missouri deliveries and in-store pickups).

Do I have a warranty?

Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's is an authorized dealer and all products are covered by the manufacturers warranty, which is typically one year. Refer to the owners manual for details. To obtain service under warranty contact the manufacturer directly. You may also choose to purchase an extended warranty from Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's to cover the parts and labor of your product for up to five years. Does Number1 Direct by Goedeker's Ship Outside the US?

No, Number1Direct by Goedeker's only ships to the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Your Credit Card is charged only after it has gone through the order verification process, at which point it is transmitted to our warehouse for picking and packing.
