Silver Service
This service includes delivery to the curb and does not include unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal.
Gold Service
Services include delivery within the first floor of your home plus uncrating, setting your goods in place and removing the packing material. It does not include installation of any type. Please make sure to have the areas inside where the product will be placed easily accessible and the path to these areas clear of obstructions, including removing any doors to get the product inside. Please take special care to ensure on all large appliance purchases, that these items will fit thru your doors based on the dimensions provided on our website for your convenience. NOTE: For haul away services, the product must be disconnected at time of arrival.
* Gold Service is NOT available in Illinois.
Platinum Installation Services
Installation services require extra fees for additional technical service. In-home installation is available on Freestanding Refrigerators, Freestanding Ranges, Washers, and Dryers. Other appliances have different installation fees. If you aren't sure if your appliance qualifies for optional additional installation services, view the shipping options available on the page of the particular product you are shopping for. There will be an option notated as "Platinum Installation Service". Select that option to have hassle-free complete installation of your new appliance.
Delivery Time
Typically, your purchase will arrive to the destination of your choice in the continental US within 2 - 3 weeks. Some remote areas may take longer. The delivery company will contact you to schedule delivery once the order has shipped. You will receive an email with shipment confirmation, a tracking number and instructions on preparing for delivery as soon as your order ships.

Delivery destination needs to be readily accessible by delivery trucks. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Small items like cooktops and microwaves will be shipped directly to you by parcel services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or UPS). If you do not receive your order within these time parameters, please call us so we may track your order.
Confirmation of your order and delivery will be sent via e-mail or a phone call. An outside shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time. (You will experience delays if the shipping company can not contact you).
