Make your mattress purchase with confidence at number1Direct.com. We understand that comfort level is of extreme importance when selecting a mattress and that you can?t necessarily check that before making a purchase online. We will be happy to exchange your mattress for another if after 2 weeks you are still not happy with your new mattress.

Details:

  • Offer valid for up to 100 days after delivery date
  • Any increase in price requires payment for the price difference
  • Exchange will cover same size
  • Limit one exchange per customer
  • $99 processing fee required (we will cover the rest of the fees)

Damages: If your new mattress is damaged in shipment, we will exchange your mattress immediately at no cost to you.

Refunds: Mattresses do not quality for refunds.
