I just wanted to send you a note to tell you I'm absolutely thrilled at how you have managed my order! You are amazing! First I order the icemaker, then have to cancel it and then ultimately re-instate it...and you were with me every step of the way, and in real time no less! Usually online ordering is so much more impersonal...you have no idea who you're talking with and what's happening...and you wait, wait, wait...have been there "in-person" the whole time! I purchased 4 LG units from Number1Direct by Goedeker'sin May of this year during my kitchen remodel. I had read some reviews that gave it a mediocre rating at best. I am thankful I did not go by those reviews. I could not be happier with my choice. First of all my transaction with Number1Direct by Goedeker's was absolutely flawless. I purchased online one evening, received immediate email confirmation and within a week I received a call from the local shipping company stating that my order was in and wanting to set up a delivery time. They even took my cell phone and had their driver call me when he was headed to my house so I could meet them there and not miss a whole day of work waiting. The delivery guys were courteous and efficient and did an awesome job of setting everything up. (I had a total of 4 appliances in the order). They took great care not to damage either the appliances or my walls/woodwork. I was very impressed. Kudos to LG and Number1Direct by Goedeker's!!

I am very skeptical of buying online. But, Number1Direct by Goedeker's was great. I searched and searched for the best price, and choices. Number1Direct by Goedeker's was the overall best choice. If there was a difference in a price between two companies, the delivery fees were more than enough to still choose Number1Direct by Goedeker's. They were very helpful, and called to verify information that was not clear. When they emailed with a schedule, they were right on. The callers to set up delivery time were very cordial. This is the first time we have had a delivery of this magnitude. The delivery people were very helpful and not at all insulted when opening each box for inspection - in fact it was their suggestion! My appliances are installed in my new kitchen and look soooooo good. My family has asked where I got them, and very surprised when I tell them where and the savings. THANK YOU!!!!

I purchased an LG's model #WM2801HWA washer and model #DLEX2801W dryer along with matching pedestals. Super great price. With no tax and free shipping I saved a total of over $450 opposed to buying it locally. I upgraded the shipping to white glove delivery because the washer is 230lbs. Well worth it considering all the money I saved. I'll recommend "number1direct.com" to anyone looking for a new appliance at a great price and super service.
