Returns and Exchanges
All purchases may be returned to Number1Direct by Goedekers within 15 days from the shipment date if they do not meet your 100% satisfaction. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee. To get a return authorization, contact us and we will arrange for the carrier to pick the item up from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.
Clearance items are not returnable unless there is damage during shipping.

Return and Exchange Procedure for Damaged Product
It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly once it arrives. Though the box and packaging may seem perfect, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Before signing for your product, check for both internal and external damage. If you notice damage to the product, sign for the product as damaged or subject to inspection and call us immediately or, if we are closed, the next day that we are open. Failure to do so releases the shipper of all liability and exposes you to shipping and restocking fees, so please do not sign before speaking with us.
If you have received a defective unit, many manufacturers may require a simple service call to address or diagnose the issue. We will be happy to assist you with any service issues.
Number 1 Direct by Goedeker's is an Authorized Retailer for every brand we sell. All items come with a full manufacturer’s warranty, normally of one full year. Any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won't need to be returned. You can contact the manufacturer directly. The number for service is usually in their use and care manual. If there is ever a problem or question, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you and make sure your problem is handled.
