Shipping, Delivery & Tax

There is no sales tax for all orders outside of Missouri.

Curbside Delivery - (FREE for ALL electronics. $109 for orders $998 and under - FREE for orders $999 and up) For Large Metro areas and Remote areas a Shipper Surcharge may apply. We will contact you with a custom quote. This delivery type is used for heavy and oversized items (large TVs, large furniture and large appliances). This service includes delivery to the curb. This service does not include unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal.

White Glove Delivery - ($209 for orders $998 and under - Only $130 for orders $999 and up- $100 for orders $1499 and up) This delivery type is used for heavy and oversized items (large TVs, large furniture and major appliances) This delivery type is used for heavy and oversized items (large TVs, large furniture and large appliances). Services include normal delivery within the first floor of your home plus uncrating, setting your goods in place and removing the packing material. It does not include installation of any type. Please make sure to have the areas inside where the product will be placed easily accessible and the path to these areas clear of obstructions, including removing any doors to get the product inside. NOTE: The shipper charges $40 / 15 minute increment to wait while doors are removed or a path is clear. If any charge is incurred, you will be billed for it.

+ When paying by credit card for purchases of electronics, we ask that if you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address. This is a precautionary measure we perform to ensure your safety and deter fraud.

Delivery destination needs to be readily accessible by delivery trucks. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Small items like cooktops and microwaves will be shipped directly to you by parcel services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or UPS). If you do not receive your order within these time parameters, please call us so we may track your order.

Confirmation of your order and delivery will be sent via e-mail or a phone call. An outside shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time. (You will experience delays if the shipping company can not contact you).

Back-ordered Items
A back-ordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock.

  • If a product you have already ordered becomes back-ordered, you will be sent an e-mail notification. After receiving this e-mail, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.
