Easy Summer Barbecue Recipes

Barbecue always tastes great in the summer and is a great alternative to heating up your kitchen during an already hot day. Below are a few great, easy recipes for cooking out on the grill. With a prep and cook time of around 15 min each, dinner is served in half an hour or less!
15-Minute Marinated Chicken
Ingredients
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Directions:
Combine the first five ingredients; spread on both sides of chicken. Place chicken on plate. Marinate at room temperature for 10-15 minutes or for several hours in the refrigerator. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals, turning once, for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
Backyard Burgers
Ingredients
• 1 (1 pound) package Bob Evans® Original Recipe Sausage Roll
• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/3 teaspoon ground pepper
• 8 hamburger buns
• Lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced onion (suggested toppings)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients. Form into 8 patties. Over medium heat on grill, cook burgers on each side until done (no longer pink), about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with buns and favorite toppings.
Ingredients
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
• 3/4 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
• 8 large fresh whole mushrooms
• 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
• 1 medium green pepper, cut into chunks
Directions
1. In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients; mix well. Pour 1/4 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; cover and refrigerate remaining marinade. Add beef to the bag. Seal and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
2. Drain and discard marinade. On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread beef and vegetables. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until beef reaches desired doneness, basting frequently with reserved marinade and turning once.
